We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on classicrockcouture.com for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges of VINTAGE, SWIM or LINGERIE items.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Once your return is received, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing items that have been safely delivered according to tracking, or for reshipping unclaimed packages overseas. Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes imposed by their country (we have no control over this).
Please include your name and order number with your return, so we can process your return and refund as soon as possible.
Please order the item you need, and return the original purchase. You will be refunded once received. We sell out of items fast, so that is why we prefer not to swap items out. Your order of the new item insures you get the size/color you need. In order to keep our costs as low as possible, we do NOT factor shipping into the price of our goods. Returns are processed in order they are received. We live in a small town and receive mail to an off-site PO Box, so please give us 3-5 days to process your return.
