What are your shipping policies?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days excluding holidays (but usually takes closer to three). Please note that the delivery estimate given on your order is only the time it takes to ship the order, but does not include the processing time, which is the time it takes us to gather or make the items, package and send them. Some items are made to order and we generally ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and prepare your purchases in the order received. We also usually ship from our Bisbee location (a small town) so orders prepared late in the day often do not go out until the following day.

details> Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide using DHL Express and DHL Ecommerce, which are the most reliable methods of shipping internationally, but sometimes the cost is high because all duties and taxes imposed by your country are collected up front.

You can sometimes get a lower international shipping rate on your Etsy site, however their shipping is longer, less reliable, not trackable, and often impose duties upon delivery. NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping fees or lost package costs associated with unclaimed international packages or order made on Etsy. Please be aware of your country's duties fees before purchasing on Etsy, as you will be responsible for these fees if imposed.

We highly encourage the more reliable yet often more expensive international shipping through our website, www.classicrockcouture.com offered by Shopify Markets Pro, which adheres to all the laws and regulations of each country and insures each package.

Thanks for your understanding that we are a small business and can guarantee shipment within the delivery estimate plus our processing time, and we do not offer overnight or express shipping for this reason.

If you need your item sooner, we will do our best to expedite if you email us at info@classicrockcouture.com, but we cannot guarantee it due to the nature of our shipping schedule and limited access to mail pickups.

Can I return my item?

Absolutely! We ask that you initiate returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. We use understanding and sincere discretion otherwise, as we stand by our product, but cannot guarantee a refund if not initiated within the requested time frame. Store credit may be issued instead.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on vintage, lingerie, or swimwear. We will also deny a return or exchange that is damaged or visibly worn — this includes pet hair, cigarette smoke, etc. Received damaged items will be kept or returned to the customer at the customer's expense, with no refund issued.

We are not responsible for lost return packages unless valid tracking is provided, so we strongly suggest taking a photo of the label and saving your tracking number, as these things can happen!

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted in the product listings. (We sometimes offer free exchanges on new collections or CRC branded products).

As always, review product measurements and descriptions carefully to limit expenses associated with returns and exchanges. We are happy to help with sizing or product info via email at info@classicrockcouture.com.

Can I exchange?

Please order the item you need, and return the original purchase. You will be refunded once received. Your order of the new item insures you get the item you need, as we often quickly sell out. If you would rather return the item and get a refund before making the new purchase, we cannot guarantee the item you need will be in stock.

Please include a detailed note with your name and order number and send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Returns are processed in order they are received. Please give us 1-3 business days to process your return. Please do not send returns to our Bisbee location. Please save your tracking number.

Help! My order is incorrect?

We are so sorry for our error! Please contact us immediately at info@classicrockcouture.com so that we can rectify the issue. Please include your name and order number, as well as photos to show what was sent so we can fix the issue and determine whether a return label should be sent. We answer emails Monday through Friday within 24 to 48 hours (usually much sooner). We can not guarantee a quick response on social media as those channels can be flooded with messages. Any mistake on our part will be expedite and promptly dealt with at our expense.

Do you do collabs?

Most of our "collaborations" are organic, and we rarely (if ever) consider paid collaborations or "sponsorships." That being said, we are open to your collaboration requests made to info@classicrockcouture.com. To be considered, it is very helpful to include your social accounts and photos that are relatable to our brand and/or specific items you are interested in for product trade. We have been known to expedite requests from costume designers for production of note. We do not guarantee a response regarding influencer requests.

Are you hiring?

We are a small business with a small team, so we are rarely hiring, however we are always accepting applications for employment at our Tucson or Bisbee locations that we may keep on file. Only applicants with a resume and cover letter or personal statement will be considered. Email info@classicrockcouture.com.

What is a pre-order?

Preorder means that item is currently in production or pre-production. Check the product listing for information on when the item will ship.

A "presale" means you get sizable discount pre-production. We sometimes offer the chance to preorder at a larger-than-usual discount in order to help us gauge how much fabric to buy and what sizes to make. As a small slow-fashion brand, this helps us reduce waste and better serve our customers. Check the product description for presale info and ship dates. Presales are always conducted prior to production so result in much longer wait times (usually 3-6 months unless otherwise noted) in exchange for a large discount offered.

How do I know the right size for me?

Lay flat and measure a piece of clothing you own that is a similar fit as the item you are considering buying. For example, if you are buying a bomber jacket, measure a jacket from your closet that fits you well. Compare to the measurements we provide on our product listings. This is the best way to determine the right fit for you.
